  • Is the lead time accurate?
    • Yes, our lead time is constantly updated to be accurate with our current order queue. While there's a slight chance we ship earlier, we generally keep it as low as possible.
  • Can the LumenPnP do ___?
    • Check out the machine's capabilities and PCB design guidelines here.
  • What comes in the box?
    • A list of what comes in the box can be found here, and it's also shown on the unboxing page in our docs.
  • Do you have distributors?
    • No, we currently ship direct from our office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We do our best to keep import duties and shipping rates low!
  • Something doesn't look quite right during calibration.
    • That's ok; be sure to fully complete the calibration procedure on our docs page, and try to populate the FTP board. Each step in calibration relies on the one before, so it's important to do them in order and exactly how the docs recommend. Reach out if something still doesn't seem right.
  • When is my order shipping?
    • You can check the status of your order by logging into your account in the menu above. Otherwise, you can trust your order will ship within the lead time in your order confirmation email. We're working hard to get your hardware ready!
