Refund policy

Opulo ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://opulo.io) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 

1. Returns

1.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unassembled/unused, unopened and with original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned may be subject to a restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@opulo.io. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers will be required to pay for return shipping.

Opulo will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

1.2 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as solder paste), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), or apparel (such as stickers, t-shirts, hats, etc). We also do not accept returns for goods that have been exposed to hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1.3 Return Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your refunded amount if you rely on Opulo to generate the return shipping label.

2. Warranty

2.1 Warranty Policy

Opulo provides a 90 day warranty for our products. We will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Please access and review the online help resources referred to in the documentation accompanying your product before requesting warranty service. If your product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact us at support@opulo.io. You must assist in diagnosing issues with your product before a warranty claim can be processed.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Opulo to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once a full replacement warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive a replacement product sent to you or a refund to the account that was charged for your purchase.

2.2 Replacement Parts
We reserve the right to send replacement parts, rather than complete replacement product, when appropriate.
